Poetry of the day.

Why guns

Bullets please,

When words carry symphonies of Written letters of love, forgiveness, understanding, joy, and sadness. Words created ideas, thoughts, built nations, histories, cultures, customs, and slang. Words creat gossip, hate, mistrust and confusion. Synchronized breaths breathing life to each letter. Words can build or destroy lives. Without every shedding blood.

Tips of the day:

Emotional release

Exercise:

Physical activity is a great way to help release pent up emotions. Whether it’s taking a walk, going for a swim, or doing an intense workout, exercise can help you get out of your head and into your body. The endorphins released during physical activity can also help you feel better.

Journaling:

Writing down your thoughts can be an effective way to process your feelings. It can help to clarify what you’re feeling and why, and can help you to gain some perspective on the situation.

Talk to someone:

Talking to a supportive friend, family member, or therapist can help you express your emotions and gain insight into why you're feeling the way you are.

Make time for yourself:

whether it’s an hour or two a day, giving yourself only time to reflect can help you to feel connected to your emotions and can help you to move through them.

Practice mindfulness:

Mindfulness is a great way to increase awareness of your emotions without judgment. It can help you to become more aware of how your emotions affect your body and your behavior, and can help you to respond to them in a healthier way.

4. Value different perspectives - recognize that everyone has something valuable to contribute and be willing to learn from one another.

5. Stay organized - it can be helpful to use a planner to keep things on the same page.

6. Set goals - set clear goals that everyone can work towards and provide regular updates on progress.

7. Develop trust - build trust within your team by being honest, respectful, and reliable.
